Lean ground turkey | ½ pound |
Bread crumbs | ¼ cup |

Directions
- Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, grill seasoning, shallot, and 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Divide mixture in half and form into two patties. Cook patties in a skillet or grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Place patties on buns, and garnish each with ½ tablespoon barbeque sauce, a lettuce leaf, and slices of tomato and red onion.
