Your health depends a lot on what you eat. That’s why eating a diet low in fatty foods and rich with a variety of vegetables and fruit is so important.
One of my favorite healthy go-to snacks is this strawberry banana parfait, especially when it starts to get warmer outside! This recipe has necessary nutrients such as;
Potassium– helps regulate your blood pressure, fight heart disease, and prevent stroke, arthritis, cancer and digestive disorders
Whole Grains- provide necessary fiber to reduce your risk of obesity, heart disease, cancer and diabetes
Try this as breakfast option for a refreshing change, or an afternoon snack. It’s a great alternative to help curb your sweet/salty cravings.
