Beginning February 1, cancer patients will have a new resource for symptom management to help minimize their use of the Emergency Department for care. The Symptom Management Clinic at Duke Cancer Center Raleigh will open on weekends and holidays, excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. with the intention to extend to 4:30 p.m. in the future.
This clinic is only for scheduled appointments for Duke Cancer Institute patients in Wake County. Patients in need of an appointment should call (919) 862-5400. During normal business hours they will speak to their provider. If after hours, they will speak to the on-call provider.
