Duke Raleigh Hospital Opens On-Site PET/CT Facility

The future of health care is changing. At Duke Raleigh Hospital, we want to make the necessary advancements to care for our patients, their loved ones, and each other as our community grows and its health needs evolve.

On November 3, patients will begin visiting our first on-site facility for PET/CT appointments with expanded service hours. These imaging services are located in the building now connecting Duke Cancer Center Raleigh to our main hospital. This technology allows us to detect certain types of cancer earlier and help our physicians make more informed decisions about treatment options to enhance the comprehensive cancer care we deliver at our hospital.

Patients who have an appointment at this new location may be dropped off at the Duke Cancer Center Raleigh (3404 Wake Forest Road) drop off area. This circle drive is next to our new imaging services entrance.

As a result of this change, only mobile MRI services will be provided in the at the Mobile Imaging Complex at 3400 Executive Drive. All PET/CT appointments should visit our new location.
